Return Policy
Conditions for returning products:
- Notify us by e-mail, telephone or form on the site, within 30 calendar days, of your intention to return one or more products.
- The product does not show signs of wear, signs of wear or consumption.
- When handed over to the transport company, the product together with the manufacturer’s packaging must be properly packaged, at least in another box or bag, so as not to be damaged during transport, so as not to show any signs of damage to the packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse and implicitly send back to you any product that does not exactly meet the return conditions, is physically worn or damaged.
Note: We recommend that you try the shoes on a soft surface: carpet, to prevent damage to the product, in case you want to return it.
RMOR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fall under this return policy. Exceptions are only cases where the products have a manufacturing defect.
Once the package has been received at the warehouse and the necessary checks made, we will send you an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. You will be refunded within 5 days of the date when the warehouse receives the returned goods.
The refund is made using the same payment method chosen for the order:
- PAYMENT VIA CREDIT: the refund will be processed on the same credit card used for purchase; the time needed for crediting the refund varies from bank to bank.
- PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL: the refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 48 hours of receiving the e-mail confirming the refund.
