What is the status of my order?

To track your RMOR order, simply click on the “ About “ Enter your order information for a clear view of your current status.From the moment you place your RMOR order, the processing begins. As we have numerous warehouse facilities, all items will be ordered into our main facility for shipment. If your status is “OnOrder” this indicates the item is on its way to our main facility.Once your order is processed and shipped, we will notify you via email with the tracking information.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Orders usually ship within 24 – 72 hours if all items in the order are available.

Some of our items are hand crafted and made to order. Please allow up to 14 business days for your shoes to arrive.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please let us know if you need to change your shipping address as soon as possible. Please note that additional fees may apply on international orders.

How can i track my order

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

Can I expedite my order?

Please contact us before placing your order to see if we can expedite your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship Internationally.

What are your shipping rates?

All orders ship free to Canada and the USA.  

The international rates will be charged extra according to the courier price.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please contact us if you wish to pay with check or wire transfer. All credit card transaction are processed using STRIPE. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

Credit card is not going through?

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement in order for the transaction to go through.

Do you accept returns?

You can exchange or return items purchased on our site, within a maximum period of 15 days after having received them, if you are not 100% satisfied and as long as they are in perfect condition and have not been used.
